Fix Anything Needing Repair
- Fix anything that’s broken eg. appliances, windows, cabinets, light fixtures/switches, fans, or any bathroom or kitchen fixtures/faucets
- Examine flooring to determine if replacement is needed
- Touch up the walls – look for scuffs or dirty fingerprints, fix cracks and freshen paint if needed
- Look for any loose handles, handrails, hinges, or door knobs
- Inspect the condition of the roof, gutters, windows, exterior doors, driveway, porch steps, walkways, landscaping, outdoor lighting, or deck
- Make sure the entry way is clear of any potential pests like wasps, bees, or spiders
